The strangest moment from Tuesday night’s State of the Union address came half-way through the speech when Joe Biden began screaming about “changing places” with Communist Dictator Xi Jinping.

“Autocracies have grown weaker and not stronger. Name me a world leader who changed places with Xi Jinping?! Name me one?!” screamed Biden.

“Name me one?!?” he repeated.
