Fox News and Dominion Voting Systems have reached a settlement in the $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Dominion against the news network, after Fox News repeatedly aired false claims about Dominion’s involvement in the 2020 US presidential election. As part of the settlement, Fox News issued a statement acknowledging that its hosts and guests made false statements about Dominion, and will also pay an undisclosed amount to Dominion.
