Josh Hammer of Newsweek recently wrote an article outlining the Left’s desire to break down the legitimacy of the U.S. Supreme Court. Considered the last true check and balance on federal government, the Left’s threatened actions such as packing it with more members and thus diluting its consensus on issues. According to Hammer, it has been one giant disinformation campaign to portray SCOTUS as a partisan, right-wing branch of abusive power in federal government when it is the exact opposite.
