Rep. Andy Biggs might have an explanation for why Chris Wray and the FBI is super admanant on renewing the FISA courts. Rep. Biggs explains that FISA is just the warrant the FBI must get if they plan to go snooping through an American’s emails and texts. The 702 warrant is intended to go after foreign adversaries that pose threats to the country, but it seems the FBI is a little trigger happy.
