Ryan Nichols, an honorably discharged U.S. Marine, is facing charges for his participation in the January 6th Capitol Riot. He was arrested on January 18th in Texas and has been in a DC jail ever since. He has a hearing coming up on December 20th where his attorney says evidence of overwhelming police brutality and misconduct from January 6th will be shown. Joseph McBride, Ryan’s attorney, joined Dana to give some insight into this case.
