Is there a spiritual awakening ongoing in America. Recently, when Buffalo Bills player Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest in front of millions, the United States turned to faith. It wasn’t the typical “thoughts and prayers” you hear every time there is a tragedy, instead it was just “Pray for Damar.” Could this event and other cultural issues have sparked a return to faith in America? Mike Slater discusses this possibility with former NFL player Jack Brewer. However, Mike warns that with a return to faith comes persecution, but that might not necessarily be such a bad thing.
