There was a time when New York and the rest of the Northern states prided themselves on their self-proclaimed, compassionate sanctuary policy to illegals. This was, of course, before they had to deal with illegal immigrants in the same capacity that border states like Texas and Arizona have to. Now, Eric Adams is backpedaling his sanctuary city support and demanding federal government fund the issue or risk NYC’s descent into chaos.
