Josh Hammer of “America On Trial” says there are two key points we have to pay attention to on Florida’s abortion case. Firstly, Gov. Ron DeSantis’ original bill on a 15-week abortion ban that passed almost 2 years ago got the go ahead, and second, the Supreme Court also approved a six-week abortion ban, though not passed, would make a bill proposing such as lawful. Hammer highlights that this bill isn’t hampered by “right-to-privacy laws” many abortion advocates usually use as justification for abortion.
