The United States is aiming to amend the Military Selective Service Act bill, requiring women 18 years and older to register for the draft. This is the first since the Vietnam War. Although the military may still be volunteer-only, under this amended bill, both men and women would be required to register under the Selective Service System. So, what is this a sign of?
