After nearly 28 years on the bench, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will be stepping down from his post at the end of the court’s current term. So, what do we know of his replacement? Well, we know their race and gender–which are apparently the most important qualifications for Democrats when appointing someone to the high court. Is it ok to make it explicitly a role for a black Woman only?
