By The FirstFormer Vice President Al Gore appeared on a panel at the World Economic Forum this week where he bizarrely claimed climate change directly causes “xenophobia” and “political authoritarianism.”
“The land! The droughts! Melting the ice! The sea levels! Causing these waves of climate refugees! Predicted to reach 1 billion people!” screamed Gore.
“Look at the xenophobia and political authoritarian trends that have come from just a few million [climate] refugees. What about a billion?! We would lose our capacity for self-governance on this world.”
