Republicans had a laugh at President Biden’s expense during State of the Union Address on Tuesday, breaking out in hysterics when Biden bizarrely claimed that oil production could be phased out within the next ten years.

The president’s comment came in response to oil companies who expressed concerns that the administration will shut down their refineries.
“We’re gonna need oil for at least another decade,” Biden told the packed house chamber, at which point Republicans in the audience immediately began laughing. “And beyond that. We’re gonna need it, production. If they had in fact invested in the production to keep gas prices down, instead, they used their record profits to buy back their own stock, rewarding the CEOs and shareholders.”
It even appeared that Vice President Kamala Harris was holding back chuckle.
