By The FirstJoe Biden threw more cold-water on Americans hoping to return to normalcy this summer; saying his administration will not simply “declare” the end to the COVID-19 pandemic as cases continue to decline.
“It’s not like July 4, the door is closed. I picked July 4 to try to get to a place where we get that closer to normal… We’re going to be vaccinating people into next fall… [we’re not] gonna just declare it’s over,” said Biden.
