By The FirstThe Biden administration confused countless viewers Thursday when the President asserted that people can “buy whatever you want” at a Gun Show with “no background check” just moments before the Press Secretary said that position “is not his belief.”
“Is it the president’s belief that you do not have to undergo a background check when you are at a gun show?” asked one reporter.
“No, it’s not his belief. He believes that background checks should be universal,” said the Press Secretary.
“You walk into a store and buy a gun, you have a background check. But you go to a Gun Show, you can buy whatever you want and no background check!” said Biden earlier today.
