We should not repeal Section 230 as many conservatives suggest, Dana Loesch argued on Monday. Instead, we should simply reclassify them as publishers while preserving the “facilitator” status for truly unbiased platforms like Parler.

Twitter itself has confessed to play a role in the news cycle which contradicts the exemption they are allowed, she explained.

“If you are a media entity, you have to follow certain laws… if you don’t then you could get sued out of your mind like Nick Sandmann and CNN.”
