TERROR in NEW ORLEANS: Man With ISIS Flag Slams Truck Into Crowd, At Least 10 Dead, 40+ Injured

A man carrying an ISIS flag plowed a truck into a New Year’s Eve celebration in New Orleans early Wednesday morning, killing at least 10 people and injuring another 40.

The suspect, killed by police, has been identified as Houston, TX resident Shamsud Din Jabbar.
