PARTY SHOCK: National Poll Shows 60% of Dems Back Voter ID Laws

A new poll from Monmouth University published this week shows a surprising 60% of Democrats favor some form of Voter ID law to cast the ballot, with that figure rising to more than 90% of Republicans.

87% of Independents also say Americans should produce some form of identification when taking part in elections.
