By The FirstBill O’Reilly broke-down the national discussion on inequality in the United States this week, highlighting Joe Biden’s opinions from 27 years ago while noting not much has changed in America since then.
“Unless we do something about that cadre of young people, tens of thousands born out of wedlock, without parents, without supervision, without any structure… They literally have not been socialized, they literally have not had an opportunity. We should focus on them now,” said Biden in the stunning video clip.
“We should focus on them for simple pragmatic reasons. If we don’t, or a portion of them, will become the predators,” he added.
“That was 27 years ago, nothing has improved,” added O’Reilly.
