Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) finally got his chance to speak to Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson —and he was pretty excited about it. Really, really excited about it. Even for Cory, this was a bit much.

“I’m telling you right now I’m not letting anyone in the Senate steal my joy…I just look at you and I just start getting full of emotion,” Booker says to Judge Jackson.
