Marjorie Taylor Green was swatted for her Protect Children’s Innocence Act which would, according to MTG, make it “a felony to perform any kind of so-called gender affirming care…hormone therapies, and puberty blockers.” MTG says such procedures are “absolute child abuse.”
“Last night, I was swatted just after 1 am. I can’t express enough gratitude to my local law enforcement here in Rome, Floyd County. More details to come.”
During a recent appearance the Charlie Kirk Show, MTG confirmed that, despite the swatting, she won’t back down from her stance on transgender youth treatments.
“This is basically political terrorism,” Greene said. “I just want to say this. There’s no way I’m backing down,” she added.
Officials are currently investigating the swatting.
