The Biden administration has declared war on parents and directed its DOJ, FBI and who knows what else to target parents that dare to exert their authority over their own children in the face of tyrannical school boards.
In a hysterical letter to the administration, the National School Boards Association demanded that Biden invoke the Patriot Act against parents who spoke out,
NSBA requests that such review examine appropriate enforceable actions against these crimes and acts of violence under the Gun-Free School Zones Act, the PATRIOT Act in regards to domestic terrorism, the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, the Violent Interference with Federally Protected Rights statute, the Conspiracy Against Rights statute, an Executive Order to enforce all applicable federal laws …
Biden responded through AG Merrick Garland in a memo released yesterday:
The Department takes these incidents seriously and is committed to using its authority and resources to discourage these threats, identify them when they occur, and prosecute them when appropriate. In the coming days, the Department will announce a series of measures designed to address the rise in criminal conduct directed toward school personnel.
Coordination and partnership with local law enforcement is critical to implementing these measures for the benefit of our nation’s nearly 14,000 public school districts. To this end, I am directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with each United States Attorney, to convene meetings with federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial district within 30 days of the issuance of this memorandum. These meetings will facilitate the discussion of strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, and will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment, and response.
Neither the NSBA or the AG identify any of these vague threats, you’re just supposed to believe they exist. Typically with threats serious enough to provoke a response from the DOJ there would be police reports as such threats would be documented. To put it in perspective, the left tolerated and even defended as “mostly peaceful protest” the violence and destruction from Antifa and BLM, they defended the male and female activists that followed a senator into the bathroom and video taped her using the toilet, but parents speaking against institutionalized Marxist racism at school board meetings is considered “domestic terrorism” and requires use of the Patriot Act.
The left once pretended to abhor the Patriot Act up until they realized they could use it to exact punishment on political dissenters. Now they’re targeting parents because parents dared to assert their authority over their children as greater than that of the state.
I’ve written about and previously discussed the insane institutionalized Marxist bigotry passed off as curriculum (seriously, click that link and look at the actual, certifiably insane slides that the school used in presentations) in my town’s school district, how school board surrogates/supporters targeted private citizens, parents, by name in mailers while practicing the racism they claim to oppose by whitewashing the leadership of minority parents outspoken against CRT. Additionally, a crazy coincidence occurred: after the district hired a fancy PR firm national media (mainly just NBC) and suddenly carefully crafted hit pieces on various parents in our town began appearing over and over again under the same bylines at NBC. NBC sent cameras and stalked parents over their opposition to CRT. The school board’s surrogates/supporters tried to get one parent fired from his job after the pro-CRT activists were defeated in a landslide during our last municipal election.
CRT activists tried labeling parents who opposed their Marxist racism as “white supremacists” (by using as their spokesperson a woman who doesn’t even live in district, doesn’t pay taxes in the district, or have children in the district), a difficult feat considering some of the loudest voices in the nation on this issue are minorities. Because this tactic failed, Marxist activists have now switched to calling parents “domestic terrorists” instead of “white supremacists” and they’ve called in all of the intelligence agencies to target their opposition.
School boards and Democrat leaders clearly think you have zero control of your children once they cross the threshold into school:
Here is the Secretary of Education, Miguel Cardona, telling the Senate that he doesn’t think parents are the “primary stakeholders in their children’s education.”
Parents aren’t just the primary stakeholders in their child’s education, they and their children themselves are the only stakeholders and the only people who matter when it comes to their education. They parents pay for it with their tax dollars — typically more per student than it costs for a private school education — so they run the show. If proponents of Marxist racism and the Biden DOJ want to silence parents they should refund us our tax dollars and stop blocking school choice so parents can send their children to schools that focus on real education instead of emotionally abusing them.
We live in a time where the left insists that speech itself is violence, that dissent is hate, and that every challenge to leftist thought is “literally Hitler.” The Marxist left, embraced and promoted by the Democrat party, has no reservations to abuse the law to punish their political opposition whom they view as worse than enemies, but as terrorists.
The harder Biden and Democrats target parents the louder parents should get. The administration wants to chill free expression — so exercise yours. If you don’t fight for your kids don’t dare expect anyone else to do it for you. Show up at every school board meeting you can. Join the parents group in your area or find one. The good news is that there are tons of loosely-affiliated grassroots parents’s groups of all sizes out there, all moms and dads, grandparents, aunts and uncles, even former students, people who want to protect actual education and stop the abusive assault on children’s minds through Marxist racism.
You have a duty to your children, your conscience, and the republic to do your duty and stand up, speak out even if your voice shakes, and push back.
Resist.
