Dr. Anthony Fauci raised the eyebrows of millions of Americans over the weekend when he told Fox News it’s a “bad precedent” for the judicial branch to rule on mask mandate and other COVID-19 mitigation efforts.
“This is a public health decision. I think it’s a bad precedent when decisions about public health issues are made by judges that don’t have expertise with public health,” said Fauci.
“This should remain a CDC decision,” he added.
