Old Joe Biden had one of the worst days of his presidency Thursday when he launched into a bizarre rant about diversity at the US Air Force Academy then fell on his face.

The Commander-in-Chief claimed the military was “strong” because of “diverse classes” at the academy.

He then tripped over a sandbag and collapsed to the floor.
