JOE MALFUNCTIONS: Biden – ‘Nano, Anyway, Nano, Nono, Nano, I don’t Know’

Joe Biden continued to baffle millions of Americans during a trip to Arizona this week where the Commander-in-Chief muttered more incoherent statements.

“It will construct a second fab… to build chips. Three nanochips, the three nanochip, chips of the three nano. Anyway, you know what I’m saying. Nano Nono. I don’t know,” explained Biden.
