By Matt HowertonCOVID-19 infections are dropping across the U.S. as herd immunity begins to set in, Professor Vincent Racaniello told Mike Slater this week.
One of the reasons for this is because we likely have up to four or five times the number of infections than we know, he explained. The professor predicted that we will not have another wave of infections.
“I think this is the end,” he said. “I think the combination of infections and vaccinations are gonna end this and, hopefully, by the summer we can get back to normal.”
