By The FirstJoe Biden was apparently not pleased during his address to Coast Guard Cadets Wednesday morning; calling the graduating class “dull” for not applauding his comments.
President Ronald Reagan made a similar speech decades ago, prompting cheers from the young students.
“You are a really dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you? I would think you’d have an opportunity when I say that about the Navy to clap — to be here together …” joked Biden.
