Elon Musk says he will stick to his word and resign as the CEO of Twitter…at some point.
Days after a Twitter poll showed 57.5% of users would like him to step down as the head of the social media platform, Musk tweeted that he will do so as soon as he can find a replacement.
“I will resign as CEO as soon as I find someone foolish enough to take the job!” Musk tweeted on Tuesday. “After that, I will just run the software & servers teams.”
Musk did not indicate when the search for a new CEO would begin.
Does Elon Musk even need to be CEO of Twitter?
Much of what he set out to do, namely exposing the systematic bias when it came to censoring content, has been achieved. As the video below shows, even uber-leftist former Head of Trust & Safety at Twitter Yoel Roth has been forced to admit that it was a mistake for Twitter to censor the Hunter Biden Laptop story.
