By The FirstDemocratic Senator Mazie Hirono confused countless Americans this week when she bizarrely asserted that there’s no way to know “what our Founding Fathers meant” when they wrote the US Constitution.
“The Justices want to go back to our Founding Fathers and pretend they know what our Founding Fathers meant when they drafted the Constitution. Who the heck would know what our Founding Fathers meant? Is there any reference to AR-15 rifles in our Constitution? No!” said Hirono.
