By Matt HowertonBuck Sexton said Monday that judicial activists continue to exercise legal malpractice against General Michael Flynn after the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Judge Sullivan can proceed with deliberating the legitimacy of the Department of Justice’s move to dismiss charges.
“The prosecutorial arm of the government dropped its case… Judge Sullivan said ‘Well, hold on a second, what do you mean you’re dropping the case?'”
Buck Sexton argued that Judge Sullivan “has shown himself to be a Flynn hater when he accused him in court of being a traitor which no one on the prosecution side had ever said!”
