By Matt HowertonSome big news came in while Dana Loesch was live on Friday as the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals threw out California’s 2016 ban on gun magazines that can hold more than ten rounds.
Dana called the huge win for the Second Amendment “a kick in the face to the magazine ban.”
“I’m very stoked about this,” Loesch said with a smile. “This is huge.”
