Jerry has practiced law since 1984. He received his undergraduate degree in history in 1981 from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University in 1984. His law practice is trial oriented with concentrations in probate and estate litigation and administration and leisure defense (primarily skating rinks, bowling alleys, etc). Jerry is a frequent speaker and presenter at Probate and Estate Administration seminars and also in various amusement and leisure industry settings across the country. He is President of IALDA, the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association.
