ABBOTT FIRES BACK: Texas Gov Blasts Beto for Failed Progressive Policies, Says ‘Bring It’

It didn’t take long for Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) to come after Beto O’Rourke after he officially announced his bid for Texas governor this morning. Abbott posted a message on Twitter, reminding everyone of Beto’s progressive policies.

“Beto wants to: defund the police; kill good paying oil & gas jobs; allow chaotic open border policies; support the failing Biden agenda; impose socialism; take your guns.Bring it,” the Governor tweeted.

Beto better be ready for a fight. Abbott has raised more money than any Governor in U.S. history and is currently sitting on a campaign war chest of nearly $60 million dollars.”
